Having been using the water dispenser for a week, about 1 sec reaction time to heat up water. Very fast to fill up water. My old dispenser that I bought on shopee took ages to dispense even 1 cup. So glad i changed over to Cosmo. But take note, there’s no trade-in for old dispenser.
I always had to remind my kids to drink water. Can’t believe I no longer need to do this because of a water dispenser LOL. They find it fun to refill their bottles and I also don’t need to worry about them spilling any hot water on themselves since there is a child lock option. When not in use, goes into a “sleep” mode which saves electricity.
Got it delivered in a day. Like the size and design of the dispenser. Fits neatly beside my sink. Tested and working well.

Excellent product! The different preset temp means i do not need to wait for water to boil. I used to have a electronic thermo flask but there is always the problem of lime stains. Good buy!
