Overall, I’m giving this 4 stars. Been functioning well, delivery was incredibly fast and like that comes with filter that are easy to change on our own. However there was a cosmetic issue on the water dispenser, small scratch at the side. The customer service helped me to arrange for a new one. Thank u
I’m a very indecisive person, so took a long time of thinking before I purchased from Cosmo. No regrets, as their service is great and more importantly the water dispenser has all the features and benefits that I was looking for without a hefty price tag. Only issue was the hot water at first was dispensing a bit slow, but I got them to fix for me pretty quickly. Thnks
Having been using the water dispenser for a week, about 1 sec reaction time to heat up water. Very fast to fill up water. My old dispenser that I bought on shopee took ages to dispense even 1 cup. So glad i changed over to Cosmo. But take note, there’s no trade-in for old dispenser.
Received the Cosmo water dispenser in good order. Is super convenient and happy with the purchase. Hope will last for many years.
I think bc of overwhleming 11.11 orders, delivery was a bit slow. But nonetheless, the water dispenser itself is awesome and powerful. Cosmo was recommended to me by a friend, so when I saw they had sale, took the chance to buy. No complaints so far, working well
