How can i choose deposit payment?

Simply select "Deposit" option at the shop page and add to cart. Proceed to make payment at the checkout page.

When will i make the balance payment?

After the installation done by our professionals, you can make the remaining payment through a payment link via email.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards payments via Visa/Master card.

Delivery and Installation

Do you charge delivery and installation fees?

We provide FREE delivery and installation services islandwide. Simply choose your preferred date upon checkout and our customer service personnel will reach out to you with a scheduled timeslot.

How long will it take for me to recieve my order?

We deliver and install within 3 days! Kindly select your preferred installation date at the checkout page.

How is the Filtered Water Dispenser installed?

The unit will be connected to your water source via an adaptor and soft plumbing. Our professionals will advise you further on the installation day.

Will there be Drilling involved?

If there is no clear access to the water point from where you would like to position your water dispenser, some drilling will be needed. Our installer will advise you further on the installation day.

Do I need to be home during the installation?

Yes, kindly make sure someone is home to confirm with our installers in person to install the water dispenser at your desired location.

Can i change my installation appointment?

Are there additional charges on the installation day?

No there isn't.

In the event that the distance between your water source and desired location to install the water dispenser is more than 2.5 meters, there will be an additional $20 for every 2.5 meters needed.

Can it dispense hot and cold water?

Yes, our Cosmo Quantum dispense hot and cold water instantly. Designed to be a tankless dispenser, it prevents possible growth of micro organisms within the unit.

Customizable Temperature Settings:

Cold Water Range: 5-10°C
Hot Water Range: 89-94°C
Extra Hot Water Range: 94-97°C

Mixed Ambient Water Range: 30-45°C

How can i register for the 2 years warranty?

The Cosmo Quantum Water Dispenser is an exclusive product, you do not need to register for warranty. The proof of purchase (invoice via email) will be needed should you need to claim for warranty in the future.

DIY Easy Filter Replacement + Filter Change Indicator

How long can each filter last?

Service Life: 5000 Litres | Approx. 6 to 12 months (Depending on usage) Note: Both filters need to be changed together.

How do i know when to change the filters?

Cosmo Quantum features a filter change indicator function. You can easily be updated when it is time to change your purifier’s filter.

Can i change the filter myself?

Yes! You can replace the filter in just 3 seconds. Simply remove the cover, twist the filter and replace with the new filter.
